It was on Day Five that the trouble started. The heat and merchandise shortages made tempers run high:
I think we learned a lot of lessons about organizing an event like this. Our security, as you probably heard, was made up of a team of half a dozen Ultimate Fighters, who we hired to train an army of 300 homeless men we found in the city. I think we could have planned it better and we intend to next year. Still, I hope the actions of a few thousand troublemakers won't mar what was overall a very, very successful event. We'll see you in 2007.
